Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.

I bought this bag as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It arrived today and I am really pleased with the design, color and size of the bag. My daughter will love it and I’m sure she will use it often in her travels.
