Your order will be packed and shipped out depending on when its placed, according to the following:
Weekdays (M-F):
- Before 5 pm (HST): Next Business Day
- After 5 pm (HST): 1-2 Business Days
Weekend (Sat/Sun):
- Following Monday

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.

All items are created exclusively for subscribers first. When you subscribe, you're getting significant savings on each item in the box. If we have extras, they may be posted online later at full retail price, but subscribers always get first access to new designs at the best value.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just contact us before the next billing cycle.
When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship quarterly in February, May, August, and November. You'll receive tracking information once your box ships.
Can I purchase past boxes?
Past boxes may be available for one-time purchase while supplies last, typically at a higher price than the subscription rate.
What's your return policy on Puakenikeni Boxes?
Because they are carefully curated every quarter, Puakenikeni Boxes cannot be returned. All sales are final. You can find our full Return Policy here.
