Orders placed by 5 pm (HST) Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next business day. Orders placed after 5 pm (HST) M-F will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be packed and shipped out on the following Monday.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up 7 days a week, between 8 am to 6 pm (at least 2 hours in advance). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out. You will receive a text message to sign up for an appointment as well.
