Your order will be packed and shipped out depending on when its placed, according to the following:
Weekdays (M-F):
- Before 5 pm (HST): Next Business Day
- After 5 pm (HST): 1-2 Business Days
Weekend (Sat/Sun):
- Following Monday

Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.

However, the problem is with me, not ur product. It seems the LG size is too big and the MED is too snug. Also, I find that the shirts are pretty long and I am 5β6β already. I have had to cut the length both times. I will have to decide which size to stick with for the rest of my subscription. Leaning towards size LG but I will wait for another delivery to see what will fit me best. I really love the design and quality tho. Also, I hope you will soon deliver tanks and v-neck styles. It gets a bit boring always wearing a typical crew neck short sleeved shirt even if the designs are so pretty. Please change up the styles soon π Mahalo for letting me post my view.

The gray T-shirt I received was beautiful. The way the lei stood out on the shirt was so natural. You could mistake it for a real lei.

How long do I have to commit to the club?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The founding member price you pay today will be your price as long as you remain a subscriber. However, if you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current pricing.
What's your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our exclusive designs, we don't offer returns or refunds on t-shirt club items. Each design is created specifically for our club members and planned months in advance.
If your t-shirt doesn't fit properly, contact us at shop@puakenikenidesigns.com and we'll help you set up an exchange and update your subscription with the correct size for future deliveries.
