Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.

I ordered the medium bag and when I opened it today I was shocked!! It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and I almost bought the large bag but I’m so happy with my medium bag.
