Will you be restocking [insert product here]?
If the product is still listed on our website, and you see the “Sold Out” label, we plan on restocking the product in the future. We cannot guarantee when they will be back, but if you go to the product listing, there is a button that says “Notify Me When Available.” Tap that button and enter your contact info. You will be notified once the product is back in stock.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship domestically to the neighbor islands and US mainland.
Do you offer free shipping?
If you see it offered on our homepage, then yes, we do offer free shipping for orders over the listed threshold. However, free shipping may not combine with certain coupons and discounts. If your cart reaches the threshold for free shipping, you will see it when you checkout.
Where are you located?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a physical storefront where you can shop. We do plan on getting our products into retailers across the state of Hawai’i and other states. Once we do, we will create a list of locations where you can find our bags and accessories.
Do you offer order pick-ups?
Yes, we offer order pick-ups from our Home Office in Kapolei (O’ahu) by appointment only. When you checkout, select “Pick up” under the “Delivery” section. Pick-up time slots are available M-F from 8am to 6pm. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your order pick-up appointment. You will also receive another email once your order is ready for pick-up. The link to schedule will be there as well.
When is your next pop-up event?
We limit the amount of in-person events we do during the year due to our ‘ohana’s busy schedule. However, when we do plan on participating in events, we will announce it to our email list and we will also post it on social media. Be sure to sign up at puakenikenidesigns.com/aloha and/or follow us on Instagram (@puakenikenidesigns).
Do you have any pua kenikeni t-shirts?
Due to numerous inquiries about pua kenikeni t-shirts, we plan on doing a trial run in the Fall of 2024. T-shirts will be locally sourced and the pua kenikeni designs will be applied by hand by our 'ohana. Sign up for our email list for the latest updates on t-shirts.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
We will need more information from you. Please send us a message in the chat bubble or email us at shop@puakenikenidesigns.com. Let us know what product you’re interested in and how many units you are looking to purchase.
Are your products Made in Hawai'i?
At the time of this writing, none of our products are Made in Hawai'i. The designs are created and licensed through a local graphic designer from Hawai'i, edited by Puakenikeni Designs® Owner, Anela, and used by overseas manufacturers to print and produce our products. All products are well thought out and planned by our 'ohana and our contractors. If you are looking for a company that has 100% handmade products, Made in Hawai'i, then Puakenikeni Designs® will not fit that profile. There are many other local makers that you can easily find on Instagram or online.
We will soon have pua kenikeni t-shirts in the Fall of 2024 that will be locally sourced and handmade by our 'ohana.
