Puakenikeni Boxes are delivered quarterly every three months - February, May, August, and November. When you sign up, you will be immediately charged for your first box. For every quarter afterwards, your payment will be processed on the 5th day of every quarter (February 5, May 5, August 5, and November 5). You will receive your box shortly after payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The price you pay for your Puakenikeni Box today will be the price you pay as long as you remain a subscriber. However, if you cancel at any point and the price for the Puakenikeni Box increases, you will pay the new price if you'd like to rejoin.

YES! This is an added bonus to being a subscriber. You will have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to The Vault 🔒, a SECRET collection where you can shop for additional box and bonus items from the current box. As a subscriber, these items will be available to you for purchase first (at discounted prices) before they are released to the general public (general public will pay a higher price).

No, we do not offer returns and/or refunds for Puakenikeni Boxes. A lot of time, dedication, and planning goes into every Puakenikeni Box. We plan, customize, and curate every single piece in the box with puakenikeni gifts that we love ourselves and know that our loyal subsribers will love as well. If at anytime, you need to pause/cancel your subscription, you are able to do so at anytime before the next subscription payment goes through.

Yes, we offer local pick-ups at our Home Office in Kapolei. You will receive an email and/or text message with instructions on setting up an appointment for pick-up.

Yes, we ship to all islands of Hawai'i, Alaska, Continental US, Guam and American Samoa. We also ship internationally to Japan.

We don't want to spoil the surprise, so we won't reveal what's inside until 2-3 days after we release the current box. This will give subscribers some time to receive their box and be surprised & delighted when they open it.
